The working principle of the KBK stainless steel suspension crane is: when materials need to be transported or installed, first connect the hook to the material, then control the spreader to lift the material through the operation button or remote control, and then control the car to move to target position, and finally control the spreader to lower the material through the operation button or remote control to complete the transportation or installation task.
Composition structure:
● Track: It is the main supporting structure of the crane. It is made of stainless steel and has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and antistatic. It is suitable for use in occasions that require a high degree of cleanliness. The rails are divided into straight rails, curved rails, turning rails and other types, which can be flexibly combined according to the shape and size of the work area.
● Trolley: It is the moving part of the crane and consists of driving device, traveling device, control device, etc. The trolley can move horizontally on the track to realize lateral transportation of materials. There are two types of trolleys: manual trolleys and electric trolleys. Manual trolleys require manual pushing and pulling, while electric trolleys can be operated by buttons or remote controls.
● Spreader: It is the lifting component of the crane, consisting of hooks, slings, drums, motors, etc. The spreader can move vertically under the trolley to lift materials. Spreaders are divided into two types: manual spreaders and electric spreaders. Manual spreaders need to be pulled manually, while electric spreaders can be operated by buttons or remote controls.
